Yndiana is a dedicated tourism development journalist and owner of the SoloCaribe Inc. which provides a broad spectrum of public relations and communication services to clients in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Reflecting her deep passion for communications and marketing of Caribbean tourism, Yndiana describes herself as having “a corporate mind and a Caribbean heart.” She is also zealous about sustainable tourism development and conservation projects.

Her contribution to the development of Caribbean tourism spans 30 years, beginning as a young reporter, travel writer, media relations consultant and marketing, branding and development adviser.

Adopting a three-pronged approach to give her clientele the best value and boost their competitiveness as tourism destinations, Yndiana engages in Social Media & Online Campaigns, traditional Public Relations and Media Engagement and experiential Media Production.

The highly creative team at SoloCaribe Inc. offers full, cross communications and marketing services including PR campaigns and promotions, strategic marketing of destinations, brand management, website development and website content, newsletters and marketing brochures.

SoloCaribe Inc. also assists many Caribbean tourism destinations in distributing their press releases and news features to the wide Latin American market and communicate to target audiences.

Yndiana regularly arranges and manages press trips involving journalists, photographers and videographers from Latin America including México, Argentina and Brazil to expose Caribbean destinations and their rich heritage.

Her team provides one-to-one attention to her clientele which include the Aruba Tourism Authority, Curaçao Tourism Development Bureau, Trinidad and Tobago (TIDCO and TDC), CTO, Elegant Resorts, Holiday Inn Sunspree Aruba and Montego Bay.

Adriana Grooscors


Currently based in Costa Rica, Adriana is one of our partners. She has been in Public Relations for more than 20 years, and has designed and executed communications strategies for companies in the areas of business, consumer goods, tourism, health care, technology, and real estate, managing several projects of regional scope in Latin America.
Adriana graduated in Social Communication from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela), with a major in journalism, and completed specialized studies in the areas of virtual marketing and e-mail marketing. Throughout her career she has served as Media Relations Coordinator at Porter Novelli Venezuela, where she also directed the community outreach program “Kids Think Link.” She has worked in the editorial and production departments at Radio Caracas Radio and taught the course “Communications and Media” at the Institute for Religious Studies (ITER) in Caracas, Venezuela. Clients served include: Half Moon, Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association, Jamaica Tourist Board, Epicor (regional coordination), The Siemon Company (regional coordination), Yanbal International (regional coordination), CAVEDATOS, Novell (regional coordination), PeopleSoft (regional coordination), VR Business Brokers, among others.
AG Comunicaciones, her own PR firm, established in 2002, provided for over 15 years personalized, results-oriented Corporate Communications services, with vast experience in consumer, health, real estate, tourism, IT and telecommunications Fields, with the mission of helping companies manage their relationship with its various audiences through communication, to support the achievement of their goals. Adriana has experience in designing and executing customized plans, which can range from specific actions, to integral long-term communication strategies, offering a wide range of services, from media relations to publicity, relationships with key audiences, internal communications, content development, corporate social responsiveness, media training, and social marketing.

María Alexandra Díaz is graduated in Social Communications Mention Corporate from Santa María University in Caracas Venezuela. With more than 10 years of experience in Marketing and Digital PR, extensive knowledge about communication and marketing strategies, social media management, web content managers, CRM (customer service, conflict resolution and crisis management). Lover of planning, creation and execution of strategies. Management of metrics and ROI tools. Passionate about the work to be developed, a high sense of commitment, responsibility and belonging to the company, with a global and strategic vision of the business, high analytical capacity and problem solving.
